For years, we've been told that losing weight comes down to our diet and exercise regime.  

We've been instructed to "pump up the protein and cut out carbs"

We've been scared into to swearing off sugar and giving up grains

...and we've been taught to count calories and watch the scales instead of tuning in and paying attention to the real measure of our own health (how we are feeling!

It's enough to frustrate the hell out you and send you throwing your hands in the air in surrender.

My Feed Your Freedom curriculum is not your typical total body transformation project. 

I have written this program to help you reach your goals and fall in love with yourself and your body all over again!

In 6 weeks, during our weekly One-on-One coaching sessions (in person, via phone or Skype), we start by diving into your personal health story, nutritional history and uncover what exactly is in the way of you looking and feeling your absolute best. 

Each week after this, we focus on the 5 keys you’ll need to unlock your freedom and release yourself from food and body prison. 

I'll guide you every step of the way as you learn to:

Neutralise your feelings and thoughts around food and lose the obsession with finding the perfect diet. 

Understand any emotional patterns you notice when eating and conquer them.

Use your intuition around meals and trust your body's messages. 

Understand the foundations of nutrition

Create your own perfect diet. A way of eating that works for you, and you alone! 

Understand your nutritional profile, notice any deficiencies and implement meaningful change. 

Create habits that make shopping, cooking and exercising easy, stress free, affordable and fun.

Organise your life and environment so that energy and confidence becomes second nature.  

Develop the tools and strategies you need to help you relax, find time and take seriously good care of yourself.

...All while learning to accept, love and respect your (already beautiful) body!
